Convert Subtitle Files 1.0 (Freeware)

The Convert Hebrew Files application was designed to convert Visual Hebrew (OEM) to Logical Hebrew (Ansi) and vice versa.
This program was made also to convert ripped Hebrew DVD subtitles.

How to use:
Drag the desired file to Convert.exe.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
